Hi, I’m Margie. I understand the stress of balancing work and life. That’s why I started writing this newsletter. I understand you need a place where you can get information to help you make sense of where you’re stuck in your self-beliefs. You need information that’s grounded in both science and compassion, without having to read an entire book or take a class.
As a Lifestyle and Wellness coach, I’m guided by my mission and vision to help people find freedom from alcohol and live a life from which they don’t want to escape. I've coached hundreds of people, helping them grow personally and professionally.
I coach both individuals and groups in my private practice. I’m also a senior coach with This Naked Mind in the Path 2 LNAF program. I’m certified in the TNMI methodology of Applied Liminal Psychology (ALPC). I hold a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
