Find Freedom Program
Find freedom, happiness, control, and peace with alcohol without worrying about failure, judgment, fear, or shame.
My signature program, the Find Freedom Program, is the first step. It is a self-paced, fully supported, 13-week learning program with live coaching. It is designed for people who are ready to understand why staying in control of alcohol has felt so difficult. My program is based on neuroscience-backed methods that support lasting freedom from alcohol in a way that feels grounded, realistic, and sustainable.
This is an emotion-based change process, not a behavior-based change process like some other programs offer. Rather than trying to control behavior from the outside in, this work focuses on the emotional patterns that drive behavior from the inside out. When those patterns shift, behavior follows more easily and more sustainably.
Let’s cut right to the chase…
Are you smart, driven, and in control in most areas of your life, but alcohol feels like a confusing exception?
You will learn the science behind this experience and understand why it is not your fault.
Have you tried to stop or cut back in the past but found that doing so felt depriving or miserable, to the point that you eventually gave up and returned to old patterns?
This is a very common experience. In this program, I explore where those feelings come from, how cultural messaging contributes to them, and what can actually be done differently.
Do you find yourself drinking out of habit or boredom and then regretting it later?
Habits rewire the brain. They can make life feel easier or much more difficult. The good news is that when science is applied correctly, habits become one of the most effective tools for change.
Do you want to drink less, set limits, and then find that stress pulls you back into old routines, sometimes leading you to drink more than before?
Stress played a major role in my own drinking. Each attempt to moderate led to more effort and more frustration. In this program, I explain the psychology behind this pattern and how to interrupt it.
Are you tired of thinking about drinking and want to shift your perspective so you have active control over those thoughts?
You will learn that the most powerful tool for regaining control and freedom around alcohol already exists in your brain. You simply need to learn how to use it and how to challenge the misinformation that dominates our cultural conversation about drinking.
You will not need willpower.
This is a willpower-free zone. You will learn why setting rigid limits or forbidding yourself from drinking often increases desire rather than reducing it, and how to work with your mind instead of against it.
There is no guesswork or belief system involved.
This is a rational, intelligent, science-based approach rooted in psychology and neuroscience. You will learn how desire forms, why cravings feel compelling, and how to address them before they turn into urges you feel driven to act on.
There is no failure.
The only failure is choosing not to begin.
You will not be alone.
You and I will meet weekly for individual coaching and accountability. You will also have access to a private community of like-minded individuals. Research consistently shows that change is more sustainable with support. With me as your coach and the support of the community, you will not be doing this alone.
You will join thousands of people who have found greater freedom, clarity, and peace around alcohol.
Some Of What You’ll Learn in the Find Freedom Program.
Why your conscious decision not to drink is undermined by unconscious desire, how those desires became unconscious, and how to reverse them so you regain full control over your decisions.
How to reclaim personal power over alcohol and maintain it, freeing yourself from the endless cycle of decisions about drinking.
The truth about alcohol, why it so easily becomes a central part of life, and why this does not mean you are an alcoholic.
Why excessive drinking affects so many people and what forces are actually responsible.
Why alcohol companies invest heavily in marketing and advertising, the psychological tactics they use, and how to counteract their subconscious messaging.
Is this right for me?
The Find Freedom Program is a strong fit for you, if:
You feel conflicted about drinking, wanting to drink less while also feeling like something is missing when you abstain.
You are questioning whether alcohol is taking more than it gives and are curious about drinking less without identifying as an alcoholic.
You rely on alcohol to manage stress and want to understand that relationship.
You have a love-hate relationship with alcohol, setting limits early in the day and breaking them later.
You have tried to quit before using willpower and felt frustrated, defeated, or discouraged.
You are drinking more than you intend to without consciously choosing to.
You can go several days without alcohol, but it feels uncomfortable or depriving.
You are ready to regain control over your drinking habits, health, happiness, and sense of freedom.
You want to enjoy Saturday night and wake up feeling good on Sunday morning.
You are ready to show up in life feeling confident and in control again.

Becoming Aware
The program begins with an intentional process of becoming aware of current beliefs about alcohol without judgment. All meaningful change begins with awareness.
Here is an overview of the topics covered in the first nine weeks of the program.
Why We Think We Like To Drink
This module examines common explanations society gives us about drinking, who is blamed, and why those explanations fall short. If you believe you are at fault, this module often brings significant relief from long-held guilt.
Reframing Our Perspective
If the narratives we have been given are inaccurate or limiting, this module focuses on replacing them with perspectives grounded in evidence. We explore the foundations of painless habit change and how cultural attitudes toward alcohol are shifting.
You. And Your Body. Whole, Strong, and Complete
This module challenges the belief that something is missing or needs to be fixed. We explore how messaging convinces people they are incomplete and replace it with a grounded understanding of wholeness and worth.
Confirmation Bias & Cognitive Dissonance
This module explains why people simultaneously want to drink more and less. We examine how messaging influences the brain, why alcohol marketing is effective, and how to become resistant to it.
Alcohol & Our Emotions
We explore the emotional needs alcohol appears to fill, including stress relief, fun, connection, intimacy, and relaxation. I present evidence and research, and you decide what resonates for you.
Neuroscience, Genetics & Personality
This module explains why unwanted behaviors persist and challenges the concept of an addictive personality. You learn how alcohol interacts with the brain and why this does not mean you are broken.
Alcohol, Social Life, and Our Culture
Alcohol is the only drug people are expected to justify not using. This module addresses social pressure, mental preoccupation with drinking, and why common tools like willpower and abstinence often backfire.
Launching Into Your New Free Life
This module addresses moderation, choice, setbacks, readiness, and how to create a path forward that aligns with your goals.
The Secret to Happily & Easily Drinking Less
This module integrates all nine prior modules. The goal is effortless change without shame, labels, rules, or fear of missing out.
You’ll experience my 30-Day Wellness Reset.
During the final four weeks, you will have the opportunity to take a break from alcohol with structured guidance and support.
You will receive daily, digestible mindset-shift video lessons, journal prompts, and a curated meditation to prepare for coaching calls. You choose how and when to engage with the content.
I will be with you throughout the entire program, hosting weekly coaching calls, supporting your insights, answering questions, and helping you make sense of emotional shifts.
You will also receive a Reflections Journal. This is a custom pen-and-paper journal designed to help you track insights, motivations, and progress.
You will have access to lesson recordings through my private app for as long as they are available.
What sets Find Freedom apart from any other program?
You do not need to stop drinking when you begin. Stopping may not even be your goal.
You will learn why the idea of never drinking again can keep people stuck. You will not be pressured to change behavior until you want to, and you will never be pushed toward decisions you do not want to make.
No judgment.
No shame.
No labels.
You will never be judged, asked to adopt an identity, or told you are powerless.
Invest in YOU
The Find Freedom Program is customized with private coaching and personalized material. We invest time in what we invest money in. Because every client’s coaching needs are different, pricing is discussed during a Discovery Call so the investment reflects the services provided.
Important Note: This program is not for you if…
You have a strong physical addiction to alcohol and experience severe withdrawal symptoms, such as delirium tremens or hallucinations when cutting back or abstaining.
This program can support emotional and psychological change, but it is not a substitute for medical supervision. If you are physically dependent, please consult a medical professional for detox support. Your health is essential.
Still have questions? I’ve got you covered!
-
No! You won’t be asked to make any change until you are ready, empowered, and feeling good about it. Deprivation creates stress and stress makes us drink. The point is to absorb the information in a state of mind that is positive and hopeful – so you will never be asked to make a change before you are ready to embrace it.
-
That will be totally up to you. Many participants find complete freedom from alcohol. Others regain their control over alcohol and learn to have an occasional drink without wanting more.
-
A bit of tough love from me :) If you are drinking every day, you are spending a considerable amount of money on alcohol. Tolerance only goes one way. That’s how alcohol works. If you don’t take action now, it will only get worse tomorrow, not better. You are here reading this, so please consider investing in yourself.
Getting back in control of your relationship with alcohol is one of the best investments you will ever make. We can discuss payment plans if that would help.
-
No! Find Freedom helps you overcome your subconscious desires so you can still have a social life. Instead of wanting to drink, you will be prepared to make a conscious decision to NOT drink and won’t feel guilty for doing it!
-
A recent government study by the CDC showed that only 10% of heavy drinkers are physically addicted. If you cannot get past 1 day or feel physically ill when you take a break from drinking, you might be addicted. If you suspect this, you must consult with your doctor. This program is not intended as medical advice, and detoxing from alcohol can be life-threatening.
-
Live coaching will be offered on the same day and time each week, according to our agreed-upon schedule.
-
“I enjoyed 18 months blissfully alcohol- free but then an event in my life triggered a relapse. I am not sure how to start over.”
Yes! This course is designed to give you the best chance at getting started and even more importantly making it stick for the long term.
-
Yes. The lessons and coaching will examine our thoughts and beliefs about alcohol and ourselves. You’ll have an opportunity to make peace inside your own mind about why you drink.
-
We will agree on the right pace for you before we get started. I will work with you to make sure you get what you need and stay on track.
Also, you will have access to all the lessons after your program ends.
-
Habits are consciously learned and have since become unconscious behavior. Your brain turns those actions into a routine to save mental space.
The great thing about Find Freedom is that it helps you change those habits into conscious thoughts again, so you have power over them.
-
Find Freedom is designed specifically to help free you from the guilt of drinking. By changing your relationship with alcohol, you will become empowered, instead of dealing with constant guilt.
-
As long as you are not physically addicted, your cravings are mostly in your subconscious mind, and I will help you address your desires on a subconscious level so you understand them and can properly manage them.
-
The choice is entirely yours. Find Freedom helps you reframe your outlook on drinking alcohol, so you can have as little or as much as you want.
In fact, many clients report having a single drink after finishing the program, and then feeling the urge to stop, instead of going back for more.
-
Chances are good that the reason you’ve returned to alcohol is that you didn’t address your subconscious beliefs about alcohol and the perceived benefits of drinking.
With Find Freedom, I’ll help you reframe those subconscious desires so you’re aware of them before they become conscious thoughts.

Each of the nine modules contains a series of short videos (3-10 min in length) for a total of 45 minutes to 1 hour of videos. You will have journal prompts to write about after each video. The recommended pace is 1 module per week for the first nine weeks.
The daily videos for the four-week Alcohol Experiment average 10-15 minutes each. You will have short reflections to write about or to contemplate. The average amount of time to spend on the Wellness Reset is about 30 minutes per day.
We will also have a one-hour weekly coaching call together on Zoom. I typically don’t assign homework in coaching sessions, unless you want guided work to do between sessions. This would be in addition to the video modules, journaling, and reflection.
You have a life to live outside of the work we do together. I designed this program to be targeted to what you need, when you need it, without fluff. If at any time you feel the amount of time is taking too much, let me know, and we’ll adjust.
I hope you decide to say yes to yourself. To your future. You are the hero of this story, and I’d love to help you break free and become the person you were always meant to be. Trust me to be your guide. I won’t let you down. And I can’t wait to begin.
