Hi, I’m Margie.

I’m a certified lifestyle & wellness coach with 10+ years of experience—and I chose to stop drinking in 2022 using many of the same tools in this Wellness Reset.

Why am I offering this Guided Wellness Reset? Because I want to pay it forward. I want to share the same great tools that helped me get free from alcohol with as many people as possible. And because I can. It’s that simple.

I work with high-functioning, big-hearted humans who want to feel better fast—without the shame spiral. I utilized evidence-based learning, compassionate curiosity, and steady support during this 30-Day Wellness Reset, so you can determine what’s right for you.

Frequently Asked Questions…

  • It’s up to you! Your email will be waiting for you every day at the same time, so you don’t need to spend time searching for it.

    You’ll have a short video lesson, journal prompts to relate the lesson to your life’s experience, a daily inspiration message to keep you focused, and a short meditation to help you practice mindfulness and presence.

    You can break it up during the day or complete each day’s content all at once. Plan to spend about 30 minutes per day or more if you like.

    Your guided coaching call will be one-hour on Zoom at the same time each week. The first group cohort will meet on Fridays at 5:00 pm EST (U.S). I will add cohorts as they fill with days/times TBD.

    Private coaching will be determined between client and coach.

  • Your first email will arrive on Monday, January 8, 2026, early in the morning for U.S. members.

  • You can keep this 100% private. You decide which email address everything comes to. Emails come straight to your chosen email address. There’s no public form.

    You can use a pseudonym on Zoom, also.

  • The only way to fail or ‘mess up’ is to stop showing up for yourself. Drinking when you didn’t plan to isn’t failure—it’s data.

    We use data to learn, and we keep going. This is about progress, not perfection.
